The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the company’s highest decision-making authority and serves as the forum through which the group's shareholders exercise their influence over the business.
The Board of Directors, who is elected by the shareholders, is ultimately responsible for the strategy and the organization of the group and the management of its operations
The CEO, appointed by the Board of Directors, is responsible for handling the day-to-day management of the group in accordance with instructions from the Board. The CEO is supported by the Group Executive Management team.
The external auditor of ice group is appointed at the Annual General Meeting.
